About Us

The Mission of Hentges Tree Service

The mission of Hentges Tree Service is threefold:

  1. To keep power line right of ways free from interfering brush and tree limbs in order to provide safety and uninterruption of electric power to households, businesses and cooperative employees.
  2. To provide a wide range of tree care services that will keep trees healthy, attractive and safe for those living near them.
  3. To provide a viable business so our employees have a safe and enjoyable place to work.

Our History

Hentges Tree Service began in 1969 maintaining transmission power lines for Central Electric Power Cooperative in Jefferson City, MO. That same year, we secured a contract clearing distribution power lines for Three Rivers Electric Cooperative in Linn, MO and have worked for Three Rivers continuously since. We have grown to work for some of the largest and most progressive rural electric cooperatives all over the state of Missouri. We employ experienced and well-trained team members and utilize the latest technology to help ensure uninterrupted electricity to tens of thousands of consumers in Missouri. We bring this same level of expertise to our residential and commercial customers.
